Do you have a studio location?I have a dedicated in-home studio designed specifically for newborn and cake smash sessions. Please note that this space is not set up for family or adult portraits. If you’d like to join your little one in the photos, I recommend choosing one of our many beautiful outdoor locations around Gwinnett County. If you have a different location in mind that isn’t listed on my scheduling platform, feel free to call me at 678.459.5195 or email sharonda@lovelee-photography.com — I’d be happy to chat and explore your ideas!

When will my pictures be ready?Your images will be ready within 3–4 weeks from your session date. If you have a special occasion coming up — like a birthday or anniversary — and need a few photos sooner, just let me know! I’m happy to do my best to accommodate when possible. Final Gallery & Delivery Details Once your images are ready, you’ll receive a private online gallery link where you can view, download, and share your photos. From the gallery, you can also order prints, canvases, or additional digital images if desired. If you have any questions about accessing your gallery or placing an order, feel free to reach out — I’m here to help make sure you love every step of the process! Gallery Access & Image Storage Your online gallery will remain active for 2 weeks after your final images are delivered — be sure to download and save your favorites during this time. I securely store all galleries for up to 6 months from your session date. If you need access or wish to reorder after that time, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist if the files are still available.

Expectant parents, which newborn session is best us?I offer three wonderful newborn session options, and the best choice depends on the style and experience you’re looking for: • In-Studio Session: Includes 3 different looks with props, plus a simple family session at the end in front of a classic black backdrop. This is perfect if you want a polished, posed experience with a variety of setups and detailed styling. • Lifestyle Session (with props): Takes place in the comfort of your home, featuring 3 different looks with props I provide, as well as candid shots around your home and in the baby’s nursery. This is a great choice if you want a blend of posed and relaxed moments that capture your family’s personal space. • Lifestyle Session (without props): Focuses purely on authentic, natural moments with your baby and family, either in your home or a studio setting. This session emphasizes emotional connection and real interactions, documenting the love and joy surrounding your new baby without the use of props or staged poses. If you’re unsure which session fits your vision, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help you decide!

What if my baby/toddler doesn't cooperate?Don’t worry — as a mom of three, I completely understand that even the best-laid plans can be no match for an unexpected meltdown! We’re ultimately working on the little one’s timeline during their big moment. For newborns, I’ll do everything I can to keep the session calm and smooth, and I’m happy to extend the time a bit if your baby is extra fussy or needs more feeding or soothing breaks. For toddlers, I work within the planned session time, but sometimes we can tell when a reset just isn’t going to happen. If I feel we’re unable to capture the beautiful images that meet both your expectations and my own high standards as your photographer, I may recommend rescheduling. There is a $25 rescheduling fee, but your session fee simply rolls over to the new date we agree on. We’ll also revisit the location, as sometimes moving to a more familiar setting — like your home — can help little ones feel more at ease. If you decide not to reschedule, the session fee is non-refundable, but I promise to give you as many amazing images as possible from the time we do have together.

How can we help our baby or toddler be ready for photo day?Great question! Here are a few tips to help set your little one up for a smooth, happy session: • For newborns: Try to keep them awake for 1–2 hours before the session so they’re nice and sleepy when we start. Feed them right before arrival (or when I arrive if I’m coming to you), and bring extra bottles, pacifiers, diapers, and anything comforting they may need. • For toddlers: Make sure they’re well-rested and fed before the session — a rested toddler is a happier toddler! Bringing along a favorite toy, snack, or comfort item can also help ease any nerves or give them a break when needed. • For everyone: Relax and have fun! Kids pick up on stress, so the more playful and easygoing we keep the mood, the more natural and joyful your photos will be. If you have specific concerns or questions ahead of time, feel free to reach out — I’m always here to help you feel prepared!

Where do you shoot maternity sessions?Maternity sessions take place at the location of your choice — whether that’s a beautiful local park, the comfort of your home, or another meaningful spot you have in mind. Please note that maternity sessions are not done in my in-home studio; the studio is reserved exclusively for newborn, milestone and cake smash sessions.

Courthouse Marriage, which session should I choose? For a courthouse wedding, I recommend booking a Full Session, which includes 60 minutes of coverage and 10 high-resolution digital images. Please note: If the event runs longer than the scheduled 60 minutes or there’s an unexpected wait, I guarantee that I will stay to cover the full ceremony and capture a few special moments afterward — but this guarantee is only offered with the purchase of a Full Session.

What session should I choose for an engagement session? You have two portrait session options for engagement photos: • Full Session: 60 minutes with 10 high-resolution digital images • Mini Session: 20 minutes with 5 high-resolution digital images I recommend choosing based on the type of experience you want. If we’ll be moving around to different spots, incorporating themed setups (like a picnic), or using props, the Full Session is the best fit to give us enough time and variety. If you prefer a simpler, more straightforward session with minimal walking or setup, the Mini Session is a great choice.
