Expectant parents, which newborn session is best us?


What if my baby/toddler doesn't cooperate?

Do not fret, I am a mother of 3 and I know what it's like to plan for everything, but still not be ready for the ultimate meltdown. We are ultimately at the mercy of the little ones during their moment to shine! I will do everything I can to capture amazing images during your scheduled session, in some cases extending the session for newborns who are just a bit fussy or hungrier than normal. For toddlers I will work within the time constraints of the session, but there is usually a point where we can see improvement is not on the horizon. If I am not able to capture images that will not just meet your expectation, but my own high expectations as a business owner who wants to give you the best experience and moments from your shoot, I will suggest that you reschedule. There is an additional $25 rescheduling fee, but your session fee simply rolls over to our agreed upon reschedule date. We also decide on a location at that time as well. In some cases moving the location helps with newborns and toddlers, especially if it's to their home, where they can stay in their own familiar environment. If you choose not to reschedule your session fee is not refundable, but I will do my absolute best to provide you as many amazing images possible.

Where do you shoot maternity sessions?

Maternity sessions are done at the location of your choice, whether that's at a local park, your home or any other location you have in mind. Maternity sessions are not done in my in-home studio. The only sessions done in my studio are newborn and cake smash sessions.

How do I schedule a portrait session?

Select the Book Session and then select the category for your session to see the options and availability. If you have questions about the best session for you, feel free to call 678.459.5195 to discuss further.

When will my pictures be ready?

Your images will be ready in 2-3 weeks from the actual session date. Under special circumstances I may agree to provide you a few shots early, such as for birthdays, anniversary, etc.. Just let me know and I will do my best to work it out.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy: All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to book and hold your session date/time and also serves as a cancellation fee. The deposit is credited towards your total session fee. Should you need to cancel, reschedule or you are simply running late to your session, please just text or call me, 678.459.5195. You must notify me within 72 hours of your session date via text, voicemail message, and/or email, in order to transfer your deposit to a future session date or onto a gift certificate. Your deposit is good for 90 days from your date of cancellation. You will receive one reminder email during this 90 day time frame to reschedule your session or purchase a gift certificate, before your deposit expires. Refund eligibility: In the event you remit your entire session fee in advance prior to your session date and you contact me within 72 hours of your session date you are eligible for a refund of your session fee balance, minus the non-refundable deposit. Refund ineligibility: In the event you remit your entire session fee in advance prior to your session date and you do not contact me within 72 hours of your session date, you are not eligible for a refund.

Do you have a studio location?

I have a studio in my home that is solely dedicated to completing newborn and cake smash sessions. This space is not set up to shoot family photos or any adult photos. Therefore, if you want to hop into a picture with your little one I would suggest you go with our many outside locations in the Gwinnett County area. Downloads and Prints

How do I order my downloads now that my online portait gallery is ready?

To get started, select the link in your email to view your SmugMug Online Gallery and go through all of your images that were captured and edited from your session.

  1. Select the cart in the bottom right corner of the cover image.
  2. Next, select "Buy Multiple Photos."
  3. You will then choose Single Photo Download.
  4. Next choose your resolution. The suggested option is "Original."
  5. Now you can select your 15 images and then "Add Photos to Cart."
  6. Final step, add your coupon code which is found in your email. This will provide you a credit for the applicable number of downloads included with your session.
