What is the cancellation policy at Lovelee Photography?

All sessions require a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your date. You can transfer the deposit to another session or gift certificate if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my session?

If you have paid your full session fee in advance and cancel within the 72-hour notice window, you are eligible for a refund of the balance, minus the non-refundable deposit.

How long is my deposit valid after cancellation?

Your transferred deposit is valid for 90 days after the cancellation date. You will receive one reminder email to reschedule or use it toward a gift certificate.

What happens if I’m unhappy with my session images?

If you are unhappy with your experience or final images, Lovelee Photography is happy to discuss the concerns and may offer a makeup session, future discount, or additional image credits if reasonable.

I respect your time — arriving punctually, keeping sessions smooth, and delivering your images within three weeks. As a mom of three, I understand that life happens! All I ask is open communication so I can stay flexible without impacting other clients.

• No refunds after sessions, but if you’re unhappy, please contact me! I’m happy to offer solutions like a discounted redo, future session credit, or bonus image credits if we agree improvements are needed

• Need a few images sooner? Let me know at the session — I’m happy to accommodate when possible
• During busy seasons, I’ll notify you in advance if delivery may be slightly delayed and offer solutions like partial early delivery or a credit
