Scheduling your session...

You can schedule your session online, via email or by calling 678.459.5195. Once you schedule your session, event, etc. and work out all the details of your session, you will be sent a confirmation email of your session date. The $50-$75 deposit to hold your session date must be remitted when you schedule the session online or within 24 hours of scheduling your session, if its scheduled over the phone or via email. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred or used as as a gift certificate, due to inclement weather, emergencies, etc.. Please see cancellation policy details below.

Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund policy...

Time is valuable for everyone. I will respect your time when it comes to arriving at your session and during the session, as well as providing your images within 3 weeks of your session date. Life happens, I am a mother of 3, so believe me I know; all I ask for is communication to allow me to be flexible with your needs while not inconveniencing my other clients. Should you need to cancel, reschedule or you are simply running late to your session, please just text or call me, 678.459.5195. I try to schedule my sessions with enough padding to allow for this type of flexibility.

 

As stated above the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another date or even gifted to someone else as a gift certificate. You must notify me within 72 hours of your session date in order to transfer your deposit to a future session date or onto a gift certificate. Your deposit is good for 90 days from your date of cancellation. You will receive one reminder email during this 90 day time frame to reschedule your session or purchase a gift certificate, before your deposit expires.

Refunds are available for the session balance in the event you have paid your entire balance prior to the session, but have decided to cancel your session within the 72 hours grace period. Please note session cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the photography session date. The notification must be received via phone call, voicemail message, email, and/or text. Please look for a confirmation of this cancellation within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation, which validates that I have received your cancellation request. In the event you do not receive this cancellation confirmation, please follow up to ensure your cancellation request routed to the correct phone number, voicemail, email, text, etc.. Refunds are issued within 72 hours of receiving your cancellation request. The refunds are issued using the same payment method in which the payment was received and are only for the balance of the session.

Completed sessions are not eligible for a refund. In some rare and unfortunate event you are not happy with your Lovelee Photography experience or your session images, we are happy to discuss to gain a better understanding of why your expectations were not met. Our goal is to please all of our Lovelee Photography clients. Therefore, when this doesn't occur, we aim to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. If we find that your claims are reasonable and we see where we could improve upon your experience, we will offer a make up session at no charge or discounted fee, discount for future use for any session type and/or an additional digital image credits to be used within your private online gallery.

What's included in the Session Fee...

The session fee includes your deposit, which is remitted within 24 hours of scheduling your session and holds your session date. It also covers the photographer's time the day of the session, editing of your images from the session, high resolution digital images of your choice that come with your session package, and an online portrait gallery to make the selection of your included digital images and/or purchase additional downloads, professional prints, gifts and more. The entire session fee is due the date of your session.

Turnaround Time...

Upon completion of your session you will receive your images 3-4 weeks of the session date, unless an otherwise agreed upon date is recorded.  Please let me know the day of the session if you need a few images earlier than 3 weeks. I will meet this request, I just need to know well in advance. My goal is to provide a preview link of some images from your shoot 7-10 days from your session date. Yet, during high volume times this expectation may not be met.  All images from your session are provided to you a via a private online gallery.  Additional instructions are provided to you within your delivery email on how to download the images included with your session, as well as, order professional prints, gifts, and more via your private online gallery.

I aim to deliver all my session images within the 3-4 week time frame. In the event your session falls into a high volume season or time period, I will email you in advance to notify you that your images may be slightly delayed. I try to over communicate on turnaround time delays or when issues arise beyond my control. If you are in any way inconvenienced by this delay, please let me know so we can arrange a credit towards a new session or discount for additional digital images. Also if you need your images asap during this delay I will arrange a preview of certain amount of images to get some of your images to you as quickly as possible. Please just communicate with me any issues and concerns, so that I can do my best to rectify them with a solution that is good for the both of us!

Accepted Methods of Payment...

Payments methods accepted are cash and check in person. Bank account, debit or credit card payments are all accepted online via PayPal, Cash App or Zelle.

 

A deposit must be remitted within 24 hours of scheduling your session to hold your session date.  To remit payment, please use the links below.
